Responsibilities

1. Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
2. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
3. Train new employees on food service protocols, cash handling procedures, and customer service excellence.
4. Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction levels.
6. Maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate supplies for kitchen and bar operations.
7. Assist in menu planning and preparation, ensuring that all food items meet quality standards.
8. Monitor financial transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling practices are followed by all staff members.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
3. Experience in food service or cooking is a plus, with bartending skills being highly desirable.
4. Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with customers and staff alike.
6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
