BjornBar Bakery is a busy little bakery/cafe looking for a passionate, polite, and professional leader to join our team!
Key Responsibilities of a First-Line Manager in Food & Beverage:
- Supervising Staff: Oversee employees, delegate tasks, and ensure quality service.
- Customer Service Management: Handle customer complaints, ensure satisfaction, and maintain service standards.
- Training & Coaching: Train new hires, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Daily Operations Oversight: Monitor workflow, manage shift schedules, and oversee opening/closing duties.
- Inventory & Supplies: Track stock levels, place orders, and prevent shortages.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health regulations.
- Reporting to Upper Management: Communicate updates, sales reports, and operational issues to higher-ups.
