Reporting to the Provincial Manager of Mental Health and Addictions (MHA) Intake Services, the Assistant Manager is a member of the Mental Health & Addictions Intake Leadership team and is responsible for advancing priorities of the portfolio via supporting the ongoing development and implementation of assigned MHA Intake program services and initiatives. The Assistant Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring the effective, efficient use of human, fiscal, and material resources in the delivery of quality client-centered care. The Assistant Manager works together with the Provincial Manager of Intake and the Provincial Clinical Practice Lead to implement initiatives to support standardization and advancement of person-centered services within each of the Zones of Nova Scotia Health.
