Assistant Manager, Acropolis Manor

The Assistant Manager at Northern Health oversees daily operations in long-term or acute care settings, supporting the Manager. They plan, coordinate, develop, implement, evaluate, and administer care services, supervise staff, and serve as a role model and resource. They also counsel and educate families, review and recommend administrative systems, and liaise with the interdisciplinary team to optimize resource use.

Starting salary will be approximately from $88,990 to $111,237 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

Qualifications

• A degree in a health-related discipline, Business, HR, Disability Management, Workplace Health & Safety, Finance plus three (3) to five (5) years of recent related health care experience.
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
