Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Cahilty Creek Kitchen & Taproom located in Sun Peaks Mountain, BC. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting in inventory management and ordering.

Qualifications

1. Strong leadership and communication skills
2. Experience in restaurant management or hospitality with a minimum of 2 years
3. Customer service and problem-solving abilities
4. Knowledge of inventory management and team scheduling
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Team player with a positive attitude
7. Food safety certification is a plus
8. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a bonus
