Assistant Manager Position

1 POSITION – Assistant Manager ($29.00 Per/hour), PERMANENT, FULL-TIME (30-40 Hours/week), REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY FOR 1159385 ONTARIO LTD O/A TIM HORTONS

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience:

7 months to less than 1 year

  • Plan, Organize, Direct, Control and Evaluate daily operations
  • Supervise, direct and co-ordinate the activities of staff, set staff work schedule & monitor staff performance
  • Recruit, train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures as per health and safety regulations
  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Control inventory and manage cost of sales like food cost/paper cost etc.
  • Organize supplies and equipment for smooth business operations
  • Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Develop, Implement and Analyze budgets
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify deficiencies and opportunities, and implement strategies to improve overall service and customer satisfaction
