Qualifications
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Transportation: Own transportation required

- Plan, Organize, Direct, Control and Evaluate daily operations
- Supervise, direct and co-ordinate the activities of staff, set staff work schedule & monitor staff performance
- Recruit, train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures as per health and safety regulations
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Control inventory and manage cost of sales like food cost/paper cost etc.
- Organize supplies and equipment for smooth business operations
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Develop, Implement and Analyze budgets
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Collaborate with the management team to identify deficiencies and opportunities, and implement strategies to improve overall service and customer satisfaction
