Position: Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

  1. To effectively assist the Store Manager in the execution of his/her duties in order to achieve the company's goals.
  2. To help the store manager meet his budget and exceed his sales objectives.
  3. Assist the Manager in controlling the hours budget without exceeding the determined plan.
  4. Assist the Manager with the recruitment, hiring and training of candidates who will meet the high standards and integrity of the company.
  5. Ensure associates are trained to provide outstanding customer service.

Skills

  1. Must have a proven track record of excellent customer service.
  2. Experience in a similar position.
  3. At least 2-5 years experience in a retail environment.
