Job Description
Update and maintain purchase invoices and sales invoices register.
Prepare monthly draft sales invoices.
Process payments of suppliers' invoices.
Review debit card and credit card expenses reports.
Review VAT returns and confirm submission with accountants.
Update Excel sheets/accounting system for all companies.
Assist in budget preparation for all companies.
Assist in the production of Management Accounts (Accruals / prepayments / Balance).
Review employees' expense claims and process employees' salary payments.
Assist with compliance of subsidiaries company.
Accurate and timely recording of the general ledger on dedicated software, according to Company's requirements.
