About the role

Schedule: Rotation 2 weeks day and 2 weeks night. 12-hour shifts.

Key responsibilities

1. Perform and lead preventative maintenance
2. Contribute to implement continuous improvements
3. Maintain consistent production quality and work records
4. Provide leadership and support when required

Qualifications and skills

1. Experience leading a shift in a continuous production environment would be an asset
2. Mechanical aptitude
3. Able to perform physical labour or work at heights
4. Ability to work independently or in a team environment
5. Able to comprehend and follow safety procedures
6. Work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors
