Job description

The Assistant Hospitality Manager of Resort Administration will assist in overseeing this wellness resort located in cottage country northeast of Toronto that offers a mix of luxury recreational cottage / condo suites. This resort offers a restaurant and bar as well as other resort amenities.

This role involves offering exceptional concierge services to all clients, members and guests. Will be responsible for leading and training the resort team to ensure we are providing outstanding service and a seamless experience. This individual will relentlessly advocate for the customer by selling experiences, customizing every interaction, and personalizing solutions.

This role will also be responsible for administering invoice payments both monthly and annually for our condominium members, managing the condo monthly and annual fees on the resort's accounts receivables, managing all customer and membership daily check-ins, and working with the team to ensure all services are well coordinated.

The Assistant Hospitality Manager innovates to create an ownership culture where every member is responsible for delivering the best customer experience while driving revenue.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine administration to guests and members, check-in verifications and payment processing
  • Deliver outstanding service by answering back-to-back calls throughout and responding in a friendly, timely, and consultative manner, listening attentively to customer needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Accounts Receivable Administration in a resort / hotel / club setting
  • Strong level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
  • High School / GED and Bachelor's Degree

This hospitality position offers a salary in the $60,000 to $65,000 range, as well as on-site studio-style living accommodation. Annual bonus tied to your performance and company success. (Must be able to legally work in Canada and attend an interview next week)
