As a Content Management Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring consistency, efficacy, and impact of Global Excel Management customer-facing content. The Content Management Specialist will oversee the prioritization of optimizations across several channels including but not limited to the virtual help center FAQs, automated email templates, and member portals. You will also support other departments’ initiatives to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
