What is the opportunity?
The Enterprise Legal Advisory Team is staffing an Assistant General Counsel role, reporting to the VP, CLAO Shared Services & Enterprise Legal Advisory. In this role, the successful candidate will provide legal advice to RBC on ESG strategic initiatives, as well as all matters relating to Intellectual Property, Marketing & Sponsorships. In this role, you will lead a team of lawyers and paralegals providing advice to the Enterprise. This newly-created role provides a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the enterprise on important initiatives.
