Assistant Fleet Maintenance Manager

CAT Napanee/Clark’s Cartage is looking for a dedicated, full-time Assistant Fleet Maintenance Manager to join our team in Napanee, ON.

Reporting to the Operations Manager/Owner, the Assistant Fleet Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the maintenance, service and repairs to our fleet of highway tractors and tridem trailers.

You bring:

• Proven experience in technical and mechanical methods, best practices and preventable maintenance programs;
• Comprehensive knowledge of Provincial Commercial Regulatory rules and OH&S;
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and fiscal policies;
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills;
• Familiarity with maintenance record-keeping systems.
