Les cours auto-dirigés constituent une nouvelle formule d’apprentissage expérientiel à l’Université d’Ottawa, alignée sur le cadre uOCompétences et inspirée du modèle SLICC à l’Université d’Édimbourg. Chaque assistant·e d’enseignement (AE) jouera un rôle clé d’accompagnateur·trice auprès d’un maximum de 25 étudiant·e·s, les guidant dans la planification, la mise en œuvre et la réflexion critique de leur projet individuel. Ce rôle est de nature principalement mentorale et formative.
