Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Director role at CARESPACE Health+Wellness located in Waterloo, Ontario. The Assistant Director will be responsible for day-to-day operations, staff management, strategic planning, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality coordinated care services. They will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote a holistic approach to health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Management skills
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of functional integrative therapies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Healthcare Professional (Registered Massage Therapist, Naturopathic Doctor, Physiotherapist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, Dietician, Kinesiologist, Nurse Practitioner, and/or Osteopath)
