What might a typical day look like?
As an Assistant Department Manager, you will have to:

• Perform day-to-day management activities within your department in collaboration with the department manager.
• Provide team members with the feedback necessary for their professional development and the achievement of established objectives.
• Collaborate with the production and customer service clerks to ensure the implementation of exceptional customer service.
• In collaboration with the manager, ensure the management of inventories, price lists, marketing, and salary productivity according to established standards in order to ensure business readiness.
