What might a typical day look like? As an assistant department manager, you will have to:
Perform day-to-day management activities within your department in collaboration with the department manager.
Provide team members with the feedback necessary for their professional development and the achievement of established objectives.
Collaborate with the production and customer service clerks to ensure the implementation of exceptional customer service.
In collaboration with the manager, ensure the management of inventories, price lists, marketing, and salary productivity according to established standards in order to ensure business readiness.
