OMNI Television, Canada’s only multilingual and multicultural television station is seeking a passionate, team-oriented and innovative Part-time Temporary Assignment Editor with a can-do attitude to support newsgathering for special projects and weekends in our Vancouver, BC location. This is a part-time posting that will help support efforts in allocating resources and editorial focus on special projects and daily newsgathering.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong knowledge of daily national news and broader subjects that impact the communities we serve. You will be able to work as a team, mindful of the interests serving OMNI’s diverse communities. You will demonstrate sound editorial judgment and exceptional communication skills that will help produce lead-worthy content.
