In this role you will support the ongoing reporting, documentation, and maintenance of the Asset Management Program within the Integrated Management System for Gas Distribution and Storage (GDS).

What Will You Do:
Develop, coordinate, facilitate and maintain the Gas Distribution & Storage Asset Management Assurance Plan and associated corrective and preventative actions.
Support the development, implementation, and sustainment of Gas Distribution & Storage assurance tools, processes, and procedure.
Provide and deliver status or progress reporting to working teams and senior management in a variety of forums including Quarterly Management Reviews.
Draft processes and other documentation to support the continual improvement of Asset Management Governance at Gas Distribution & Storage.
Support the maintenance and continual improvement of the Asset Management SharePoint Site.
Engage and maintain stakeholder relationships while working with other Gas Distribution & Storage departments to prioritize and facilitate solutions related to asset management and planning. This also includes working with the extended Asset Management & Governance team to develop key messages and polished communications material.
Who You Are:
Related university degree and four plus years experience or six plus years of previous field operations experience or equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
Ability to motivate stakeholders through flexibility and building relationships.
Effective interpersonal skills which include change management, facilitation and presentation skills.
Facilitation of meetings, workshops, and training sessions skills is required. Previous change management experience is an asset.
Knowledge of regulatory framework and utility financial management practices is an asset.
Experienced in Excel and SharePoint is an asset.
Working Conditions:
Office based role.
