Required Skills

1. Experience producing theologically sound communications and presenting them to church audiences
2. A track record of fundraising and meeting or exceeding financial goals
3. Comfort with and confidence in cold calling churches and engaging with all levels of church staff
4. Credentials in the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada or a demonstrated high level of engagement as a long-standing member of a PAOC church
5. Demonstrated writing and relationship building skills
6. Excellent time management skills
7. Experience using database systems for donor research and account management
8. Access to own reliable vehicle, and willingness to use it for travel to meetings (mileage is compensated for business use)
9. Flexibility with weekly schedule which will include some evening and weekend work

Experience Required

1. Previous experience with a Christian humanitarian organization performing a similar role in moves management
2. CFRE certification
3. A passionate calling to serve at ERDO
4. Understanding of/experience within The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada fellowship
5. Familiarity with relief and development activities and principles of social justice
