What will you do?

• Provide Applications Engineering Support for Motion Control and General-Purpose Drives.
• Functionally report to the Head of Product Management and Applications Engineering.
• Play an instrumental role in technically supporting the pre and post-sales activities for the Motion and General-Purpose Drives business in Canada.
• Analyze customer requirements and relate these requirements to the application using the SINAMICS product portfolio.
• Understand customer requirements and develop proof of concept System architecture and recommended Parts list for the application.
• Partner closely with the Product Marketing team on various Marketing activities like Product Seminars and Workshops.

What will you need to succeed?

• New graduate student from University in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Above average academic performance, cumulative average > 2.5 (B-).
• Basic knowledge in Motion Control and Mechatronics theory preferable.
• Basic knowledge on Industrial Networking using Profibus and Profinet.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Industrial Automation Platforms preferred.
• Good verbal and presentation skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Communicates clearly and concisely, both written and verbal.
