Hello,
I'm Clémence, a recruitment and business development consultant at FED IT, a recruitment agency specializing in IT professions.
We are looking for a Solutions and Business Architect to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position, hybrid with 1 day telecommuting, located in Montreal.

Responsibilities:

1. Configure and customize workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards to streamline business processes.
2. Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to maintain security access controls.
3. Oversee integrations with third-party applications and marketplaces via APIs.
4. Provide ongoing support and training to internal users on NetSuite functionality.
5. Manage and supervise external consultants for new system implementations.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs to design quality end-to-end technical solutions that are aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Strong understanding of NetSuite core modules (Financials, CRM, Inventory, etc.).
2. Highly experienced with Data Integration processes.
3. Strong development skills for NetSuite scripting, workflow and middleware development.
4. Experience with integrating NetSuite with third-party applications and marketplaces using APIs.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various departments.
9. A fast learner with a willingness to stay current on the latest technologies and industry trends.
10. Obtained SuiteFoundation Certification.
11. Technical Certification in Cloud (i.e., Amazon Web Services, security certification) is an asset.
12. Experience in the logistics industry is an asset.
