PathnSitu Biotechnologies is a leading company in the supply of high-quality Immunohistochemistry products for tissue-based Cancer Diagnosis. PathnSitu Biotechnologies manufactures IVD products for tissue pathology assays which includes highly specific and sensitive Monoclonal Antibodies (Mouse and Rabbit), Detection Kits, Histology Special Stains, Instruments, Reagents, Buffers, Diluents and all the Ancillaries required for tissue pathology applications and helping Pathologists and Cancer Research Laboratories to achieve an accurate Histology-based Diagnosis.

PathnSitu Biotechnologies is looking to hire a Consultant for Antibody Scientific Specialist.

Requirements:

• Willing to travel overseas for establishing laboratories and training fellow associates.
• Expertise in raising antibodies (Monoclonal, polyclonal) using hybridoma, recombinant, and other traditional methods.
• End-to-end knowledge of immunization and cell culture techniques.
• Experience in production of recombinant/rabbit monoclonals is an advantage.
• Experience in identification sequencing using BLAST.
• Mindset to understand critical problems and train the internal team.
• Strong understanding of mammalian cell biology and molecular biology concepts.
• Hands-on experience running RNA-seq workflow and analysis.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in bioinformatics software to analyze DNA and RNA for sequence confirmation and expression analysis.
• Perform various analytical assays for antibody characterization, including ELISA, Immunoblot, Western blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
• Perform antibody purification with Protein A, ion exchange, size exclusion, and other types of chromatography.

Qualification: Doctorate with hands-on experience in hybridoma technology.

Knowledgeable in monoclonal antibody discovery is highly desired.

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
