Position Summary: This position will develop an online version of the following course:
ANTH 242AK – Cultural Heritage and Politics of the Past
Using local and international examples, this course explores the concept of cultural heritage and the dynamic issues surrounding its management. It examines theories and methods influencing the interpretation and protection of cultural heritage and how these impact conceptions of the past, contemporary society and the future of heritage. The expected delivery date for this course is Spring/Summer 2026.

Position Requirements

  • Successful applicants must hold the minimum qualification of an M.A degree in Anthropology.
  • Proven ability in the teaching and creation of online courses is required.
  • Proven ability teaching courses in anthropology is required.
  • Previous experience teaching ANTH 242AK is preferred.
