Make an impact with our Marketing Performance, Data, and Insights team as an Analytics Coordinator. As a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate with MNP leaders to plan and develop strategic and integrated marketing campaigns that support MNP’s goals.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Director, Performance, Data and Insights, and Senior Marketing Analytics Analyst to prioritize projects and deliverables
- Implement dashboards to report on key performance indicators and metrics
- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to communicate actionable insights to key stakeholders
- Prepare marketing performance reports which include campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and ROI analysis
- Assist in creating targeted marketing lists and campaigns, through data-driven client research and marketing segmentation
- Support data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and data cleansing activities
- Conduct data analysis and enrichment, and provide insights on the customer-user journey, campaign performance, and other cross-channel mediums
- Participate in recurring operations and planning meetings which support the development and implementation of the marketing strategic priorities
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve marketing and business processes
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
Skills and Experience
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a related marketing analytics, data analysis, business analyst, or similar role
- Experience with marketing technology and software, marketing core concepts, and marketing analytical tools to track and measure performance
- Experience working with and reporting on data within Google Analytics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven analytical skills with a focus on effective processes and structure to accomplish priorities
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively across different teams
- The following are considered an asset:
- Knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and Sitecore Analytics
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
