The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Quality Management System (QMS) Documentation Analyst (f/m) to join our Quality Assurance team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will coordinate, define and authorize major change and continuous improvement projects regarding documentation and processes.

You will be part of the QMS Quality Assurance team responsible for managing regulatory and non-regulatory documentation and processes, coordinating and managing the document change process, ensuring the consistency of the QMS, and ensuring the adherence of documentation to the regulations across the company.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as QMS Documentation Analyst will be to actively support multifunctional teams in their continuous improvement of operational processes, conduct analyses related to causes of inefficiency, risks and impacts of changes, and to manage and maintain the goals, intentions, and integrity of documentation throughout its lifecycle.

Your tasks:

• Manage multifunctional process improvement and integration projects (project management lifecycle);

• Analyze causes of inefficiency and/or process failures, operational risks, and potential impacts;

• Perform “Go and See” actions across the company to understand the situation;

• Work in a multifunctional team to draft and test potential process solutions and its control plans;

• Make recommendations and reinforce requirements from different sources to contribute to decision making;

• Facilitate process mapping, document drafting, and change management planning and execution;

• Manage the authorization flow and publication of documentation;

• Ensure the quality of work across projects.
