What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the product development team to perform tax updates for assigned topics
- Conduct necessary tax research to support product development
- Analyze improvement requests and propose innovative solutions to meet customer needs
- Engage in communications with tax authorities as required
- Draft product documentation and collaborate with Tax Support teams to address inquiries on assigned topics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, or taxation, or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in professional preparation of personal tax returns
- Knowledge of Taxprep software and/or CCH iFirm Tax
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in intermediate Excel functions and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in French and English
- CPA designation or a master's degree in taxation
