The Maps Technology team is responsible for providing innovative products and technology to support ticket sales via mobile/web-based venue maps.
The Map Analyst is a producer of Ticketmaster’s Interactive Seat Maps (ISM). The Map Analyst is a member of Event Operations (EOS) and will work with North American Business Operations and external Clients to meet deadlines and ensure maps are produced and available prior to onsale.
To build interactive maps, the Map Analyst will use Ticketmaster’s proprietary Map Creation Tool. The Analyst will also need an understanding of Ticketmaster event builds and the tm.com transaction engine.
Collaborating with the Director of Ticketmaster Maps, the Map Analyst will also work internally with Corp. Product and Design teams on Map Creation Tool enhancements and workflow efficiencies to drive reductions in map production time and to meet escalating weekly map production goals. As the demand for ISM Maps grows, this role is fundamental to the success of the North American business.
