What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Process end-to-end semi-monthly payroll and reconciliations for three legal entities, covering approximately less than 1000 employees
2. Prepare annual tax forms for active and retiree group benefits, including T2200 forms and necessary year-end adjustments
3. Extract and analyze payroll data for various internal clients and support audit requests
4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll journal entries across multiple accounting systems
5. Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and benefits reconciliations related to payroll

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred; DEC required
2. Payroll designation with the National Payroll Institute is required
3. Previous experience processing payroll in a multi-national organization
4. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and payroll legislation
5. Experience with ADP WFN or relevant payroll systems such as Dayforce Ceridian or Workday
