What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Process end-to-end semi-monthly payroll for approximately 1000 employees across 3 legal entities
2. Prepare annual tax forms for active and retiree group benefits, including T2200 forms
3. Analyze data for payroll-related projects and support audit requests
4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll journal entries using multiple accounting systems
5. Conduct reconciliations for payroll-related accounts and benefits

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree is a strong asset; DEC required
2. Payroll designation with the National Payroll Institute is required
3. Previous experience processing payroll in a multinational organization
4. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and payroll legislation
5. Experience with ADP WFN or similar payroll systems is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with HR systems, such as Workday, is an asset
