The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Agent are to respond to customer calls relating to products with an objective of quality and productivity, both in the management of their requests and in the availability of the application or equipment they use.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and analyze customer needs considering their urgency and complexity to process or escalate them to the team with the necessary expertise.
  2. Carry out the necessary research to answer customers' questions.
  3. Perform problem diagnosis and remotely resolve first level application and technical problems related to applications.
  4. Follow up on calls with customers.
  5. Document each call in the ticketing system.
  6. Communicate customer requests that concern them to other departments.
  7. Share knowledge and support team members with specific customer requests or requests from their supervisor.

What you need:

  1. Speak English, both orally and in writing.
  2. Experience in customer service (call centers) in application and accounting support.
  3. Good knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office 365 suite software.
  4. Knowledge of retail business.
  5. Have the continued concern to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Ability to work in a team to achieve established goals.
