Join our People Process & Technology team and contribute to the ongoing evolution of Workday within Canada's largest employer! As a Workday Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our Workday system, with a primary focus on the Time Tracking, Scheduling, and Labour Optimization modules. You will leverage your understanding of backend configuration to ensure system integrity, optimize performance, and deliver a positive user experience.
This role will be 4 days on site at our Brampton Office (1 President's Choice Circle)
What You'll Do:
Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Time Tracking, Scheduling, and Labour Optimization modules, focusing on core system stability and process improvement.
Perform day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and resolving operational issues with a focus on long-term, comprehensive solutions.
Accurately manage data within Workday, ensuring data integrity and leveraging analytical skills to define inputs, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
Triage and resolve issues for end-users and business partners, acting as a key point of contact and liaison between multiple workforce management processes to support standardization.
Contribute to strategic projects through requirements gathering, testing, and change management activities.
Document and maintain operational procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and system stability.
Coordinate and support bi-annual Workday Releases, including assessing, documenting, and testing new features and functionality.
Support management teams in tactical and strategic activities, contributing to the implementation of improvements.
Does this Sound Like you?
1-3 years of HRIS experience, with a focus on backend configuration.
Demonstrated ability to articulate how business processes are configured and function within Workday (or equivalent HRIS).
Solid understanding of labour model and forecasting methodologies.
Experience with Time Tracking, Scheduling, or Labour Optimization modules in a backend support role is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
