Responsibilities:

• Dive deep into internal data and business jet market trends, and combine with feedback from various teams to provide actionable insights to senior leadership
• Author weekly, monthly and/or quarterly reports, including but not limited to in-depth analysis of global economic updates, industry performance, economic environment, pre-owned market reports, etc.
• Annual Strategic Planning: supporting Bombardier’s 5-year strategic plan and provide regular updates on the market to support Bombardier’s governance processes
• Partner and collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Aftermarket Service, Defense, Finance, Customer Service and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on the strategy
• Responsible for the creation of new dashboards/reports as well as maintaining existing dashboards & key databases to provide relevant insights to Senior Leadership and other teams
• Analyze the impact of the global macroeconomic, geopolitical context, and changes in key performance indicators on the industry
• Responsible for the creation of various models to predict industry trends, forecasts, movement in the market for used aircraft, and others
• Support with the execution of marketing research projects and with the production of the annual external market forecast
• Support key company functions through ad hoc requests

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a M.Sc. in Economics, Statistics, Marketing or Business OR a Master of Business Administration (MBA), combined with 3+ years of relevant working experience
• You have a Bachelor’s in Economics, Statistics, Marketing or Business, combined with 5+ years of relevant working experience
• You are rigorous, persistent, innovative, detail oriented and like working with people
• You possess solid statistical analysis and economic modeling skills with a creative flair
• A proven storyteller with excellent verbal and writing skills - You are skilled in writing, presenting and communicating information
• Ideally you have strong business knowledge as it pertains to aerospace industry
• You are fast-learner capable of learning programming and regularly use statistical software.
• Previous programming experience with statistical software (R, Alteryx, others…) considered a Plus
• Experience with data visualization tools and BI software (e.g. PowerBI, etc)
• You are an expert in using MS Office suite
• You are Bilingual (French and English)
• Role is open for an Analyst or Senior Analyst based on candidate qualifications
