Position Overview:
As the People & Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping a data-driven People, Leadership, and Culture strategy at the YMCA HBB. Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards and People Analytics, you will lead the coordination of our compensation program, ensuring job evaluations and salary structures are both consistent and equitable.
What You’ll Do:
- Total Rewards Program Support: Coordinate and maintain the job evaluation program, ensuring consistent and accurate assessments. Conduct job evaluations, support the job evaluation process, and maintain related documentation.
- Systems Lead: Serve as the subject matter expert for the HRIS and other platforms. Improve and automate HR processes through effective tools and enhancements.
- People Analytics: Design and create dashboards, presentations, and reports, providing insights on key HR metrics. Compile, analyze, and submit HR data to meet legislative requirements.
What You’ll Bring:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of experience in compensation, job evaluation, HR analytics, and/or HRIS administration.
- Professional designation in one or more of the following: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG, Workday, SAP, ADP) and proficiency in data visualization tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret workforce data and provide insights.
