NOW HIRING: Aircraft Mechanics, Avionics Technicians and Structural Technicians

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanics, Avionics Technicians and Structural Technicians to join our team to support a project in Calgary, AB. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and be assigned to project teams based on your past experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform A checks and B checks on aircraft.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft components.
  • Disassemble and reassemble various aircraft parts.
  • Remove and reinstall aircraft engines.
  • Collaborate with team members and draw from their experience.
  • Participate in project teams based on your previous experience.

Required Skills

  • Aircraft Mechanic License - M2, E-Licensed or S-License
  • 5+ years of experience as an AME
  • Experience in an MRO environment
  • Endorsement on Dash 8 Q400 or CL 215/415 OR extensive experience on either aircraft
  • Aircraft maintenance
  • Heavy maintenance
  • Aircraft maintenance repair

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in aircraft manufacturing and assembly
  • Knowledge of human factors and fall arrest procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret aircraft plans

Work Environment

The shift schedule is not yet solidified, but maximum availability is required. Typical shifts are Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility of 12-hour days. The facility houses approximately 100 people with project teams ranging from 4-8 members. Dress code and other facility conditions will be discussed upon hiring.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Calgary, Alberta.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
