OUR CLIENT
On behalf of our client, we are offering a unique opportunity to use your leadership skills in Aircraft Maintenance and work with a team of 15 to deliver maintenance services on business aircraft in the beautiful Muskoka area.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

1. A minimum of 8 years of aircraft maintenance experience with AME or equivalent, and some supervisory experience
2. Valid Transport Canada M-2, or equivalent
3. Background in working on Business Aircraft is a strong asset
4. Endorsements in working on Business Aircraft is an asset
5. Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, co-workers, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
6. Ability to lead and engage a team
7. Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to work within a growth environment
