To maintain the aircraft in an airworthy condition and carry out maintenance tasks as required.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Engineer program (Mechanics).
Must have received Transport Canada Accreditation.
Must hold a valid Canadian issued driver’s license with no restrictions and/or conditions.
Legally able to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or on a Valid Work Permit).
Ability to carry on normal business in English.
Our Apprentice AMEs are given the opportunity to complete all the Transport Canada tasks required to obtain their AME License.
When positions are available, AMEs are given the opportunity to transfer bases if desired.

The positions in our Maintenance Department are unionized positions. Current pay scales are outlined in our collective agreement. Pay scales are competitive and progress every 6 months to 1 year.
AMEs qualify for a Technical Premium which is paid on top of the base wage for every hour worked.
