What You’ll Do

  • Perform inspections and maintenance in compliance with manufacturer recommendations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Diagnose, test, and troubleshoot aircraft systems and structures.
  • Certify completed work and maintain accurate documentation in line with Transport Canada and company policies.
  • Lead by example—ensure safety procedures, proper protective measures, and clean workspaces are always upheld.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members as needed.
  • Assist with aircraft modifications, from avionics upgrades to structural changes affecting flight characteristics.
  • Report hazards, incidents, or safety concerns promptly to management.

What You Bring to the Team

College diploma in Aircraft Maintenance from a Transport Canada-approved institution.

1-3 years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.

Valid AME M2 license.

Previous Aircraft Certification Authority (ACA) with an Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) is a plus.

Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
