The Fueller is primarily responsible for the fueling and defueling of aircraft at airport facilities. Adheres to all standards and procedures, ensuring all work is performed safely and is supported by following established protocols.

Main accountabilities include:
  1. Perform daily Quality Control checks on equipment.
  2. Perform fueling in a safe and efficient manner.
  3. Responsible for accurate accounting of fuel transactions.
  4. Maintain equipment in clean and functional condition.
  5. Ensure the correct loading and balancing of fuel.
  6. Responsible for defueling aircraft as directed.
  7. Use fuel trucks and hydrant carts to fuel aircraft.
  8. Lift and move up to 70 lbs. of material and equipment.
  9. Calculate fuel distributions for a variety of aircraft.
  10. Drive a variety of light and heavy-duty vehicles.
  11. Ensure tasks are performed in accordance with Company and Airline specific procedures and policies.
  12. Attend the mandatory training imposed by the Company and Airlines as per job role.
  13. Able to meet the station's attendance record.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Possess/maintain a valid Class G driver’s license in good standing and other Airport required identification/security passes or authorizations.
  3. Lift and move up to 70 lbs. of material and equipment.
  4. Work is done primarily outdoors. Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
  5. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
  6. Must be able to obtain and hold all required security clearances.
  7. Must be able to pass and maintain the D AVOP issued by the GTAA (both written & practical).
  8. Must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to work in Canada.
  9. Ability to work well under pressure.
  10. Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  11. Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  12. Reliability; our customer and your fellow employees rely on you.
