As part of SparkWise Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work for a small, agile and entrepreneurial business unit to drive business development in North America. SparkWise Solutions specializes in consulting and technology projects focused on Data & AI including building bespoke AI-enabled CRMs, infusing AI into sales organizations, and designing AI agents for procurement functions, among other offerings. You will have the opportunity to meaningfully impact work across the firm and collaborate with client teams and colleagues across the globe. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, SparkWise Solutions is a new business unit at Ducker Carlisle with a fast-paced, startup-like environment. As part of the SparkWise Solutions team, you will collaborate with former tech experts from leading firms such as Google and Accenture, gaining invaluable insights and experience while driving growth for the firm. This is a unique opportunity to own the entire business development strategy for SparkWise Solutions in North America, allowing you to shape the future of our company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting to establish a robust list of target accounts.
  • Setting and conducting well-prepared meetings with decision-makers, asking insightful questions to qualify business opportunities.
  • Understanding client requirements and aligning SparkWise Solutions’s AI solutions with their vision and needs.
  • Facilitating handoffs to AI Experts from SparkWise Solutions and sharing account knowledge with team members.
  • Following a disciplined sales operating rhythm within our CRM (HubSpot) to enhance business development and ensure effective execution.
  • Seeking client feedback post-engagement to continuously improve our performance.
  • Imagine the future of Sales using AI technologies developed in-house.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within tech companies such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Databricks, or Snowflake.
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
  • A passion for relationship-based selling.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
