The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking a Tooling Method Agent to join our Method Support team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).
You will be part of the Method Support team responsible for coordinating essential actions to resolve major issues impacting the assembly line. The team's structure is designed to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as a Tooling Method Agent will be to track the progress from the design to the delivery of tooling, managing priorities with the requestors. You will also be responsible for managing the budget portfolio and ensuring the standardization of toolboxes used on the line. You will need to establish a catalog and a process for replacing tools from the toolboxes and manage cutting tools related to non-conformities, identifying the need, determining the required tool, and ensuring its procurement.

Your Profile:
You have a college diploma (DEC) in mechanical manufacturing or a bachelor's degree in engineering in a related field.
You have project management experience.
You have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in aerospace, ideally with the A220.
You have proven experience with jigs and tooling.
You have solid knowledge of CATIA tools.
You are open-minded and proactive.
