Job Description

The Aftermarket Data Analyst plays a key role in ensuring products continue to perform well after the sale. They are responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to products and services to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Dashboard Development

  • Develop, analyze, and maintain Power BI dashboards covering EFC (External Failure Costs), Goodwill costs, Unit Replacements, ASA call records, and technical email inquiries.
  • Utilize advanced data visualization tools and techniques to effectively present data trends and support decision-making processes.

Data Tracking and Reporting

  • Track and report EWL (Early Warning List) data per corporate requirements to ensure compliance and performance improvements.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of data sources to identify key insights for process optimization.

Calculations and Metrics Analysis

  • Perform and update FFR (Field Failure Rate) and Isochrone calculations, providing accurate and timely dashboard insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that calculations and data outputs meet quality standards and organizational needs.
  • Manage billbacks, Return to Vendor (RTV) processes, and supplier reimbursement activities.
  • Work closely with suppliers to address discrepancies and resolve claims to enhance supplier collaboration and performance.

Product Quality Support

  • Support QMM projects as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 6 years of experience in data analytics, aftermarket processes, or equivalent roles.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including MS Office, Power BI, and relevant data tracking systems.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data analysis, quality assurance, or similar roles within a manufacturing, technical service, or aftermarket setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with data tracking and compliance practices.
  • Experience with warranty, supplier reimbursement, and RTV processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and structured work approach, with an ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Candidates with proficiency in French, Spanish, and/or Portuguese are desirable.
  • This is not a dedicated work from home position and requires the employee to live in a commutable distance from our Londonderry NH facility.
  • Significant use of computer and phone for daily work.
