1. Lead and develop a high-performing technical support team.
2. Evaluate, select, and configure ticketing software and knowledge management platforms.
3. Analyze customer interaction data to identify trends and drive improvements.
4. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance response times and team efficiency.
5. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues related to electrical products.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
2. 8+ years of technical support experience in the electrical industry, with a minimum of 3-4+ years in a leadership capacity.
3. Proven expertise in technical support operations, escalation management, and process optimization.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. Ability to analyze data and drive business insights.

1. Experience with SLA management and workflow optimization.
2. Familiarity with customer support software.
3. Ability to travel domestically and internationally within US & Canada.
