What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage clients in meaningful financial conversations to understand their goals and motivations
- Provide strategic financial advice to encourage clients to take action toward their financial objectives
- Set and surpass ambitious targets for Advisor Services acquisitions and referrals
- Innovate new strategies to effectively communicate the value of the employer's Advisor Services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements based on market insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of outstanding performance in financial services sales, preferably in advisory or wealth management services
- Proven history of exceeding targets and setting benchmarks for sales performance
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and the evolving landscape of professional financial advice
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 or higher (Mandatory)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is a strong asset
- Experience with CRM systems and leveraging technology to optimize sales processes
- Comfortable with remote client interactions and building trust in virtual environments
- Bilingual (French) is a strong asset
