Adventure Camp Counselor

Provide activities, playtime and supervision for children ages 3-13

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with check-in for campers.
• Provide child safe activities based upon the age and interest of the child.
• Provide supervision and guidance to assure safe play for children.
• Participate with children in activities, arts & crafts and games.
• Participate with children in outdoor play activities.
• Oversee meals and snacks, eating with children.
• Clean and maintain camp space keeping it child safe and sanitary.
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding child's experiences.
• Ensure that all children have a fun and memorable experience.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

• Skilled in providing outstanding customer service.
• Must display mature judgment skills in making decisions.
• Must follow company procedures for maintaining a safe workplace.
• Must pay attention to detail and have an extreme dedication to safety.
• Must have a friendly and fun disposition and connect with children.
• Prior experience babysitting or caring/supervising children preferred.
