ROCKWOOL is seeking an experienced ADP Payroll Consultant, based in our Milton, ON head office full time, to assist in the setup and implementation of ADP’s Payroll, Time and Attendance, Benefits Compensation, and Performance Management modules. This role involves managing the full scope of ADP system implementations, from configuration and customization to employee training and change management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ADP solutions and a proven track record of successfully completing ADP implementations for payroll, benefits, and performance management.

What You Will Be Doing

  • ADP System Setup and Configuration: Lead the configuration and implementation of ADP Payroll, Time and Attendance, Benefits Compensation, and Performance Management modules for clients.
  • Data Review and Auditing: Review and audit data for any discrepancies or errors, ensuring that all systems are properly set up and functioning accurately. Resolve data issues with clients or ADP partners as needed.
  • Payroll and Benefits Management: Provide expertise in setting up payroll data, entering and maintaining accurate employee time, payroll, and benefits records to ensure timely and correct payments. Address payroll discrepancies and assist in resolving any advisor payroll queries.
  • Change Management & Client Support: Support the client throughout the implementation process, providing necessary training on ADP systems and helping them adapt to new processes. Assist with change management efforts, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.
  • Ongoing Client Partnership: Maintain a strong, professional relationship with client teams, offering ongoing support post-implementation. Manage client queries, and deliver solutions to any challenges encountered with ADP systems.
  • Consulting and Troubleshooting: Provide troubleshooting and ongoing consultation for clients regarding ADP system features, ensuring optimal use and resolution of issues.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare necessary documentation and reports for clients regarding payroll, attendance, benefits, and performance. Address and resolve any requests for payroll information in a timely manner.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of payroll processing experience with a deep understanding of ADP systems and modules.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) required.
  • Previous experience in ADP system implementations for payroll, time and attendance, benefits, and performance management modules is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
