The impact you will have:
Softchoice AI Solutions Group is seeking an Adoption & Change Management Consultant, Workplace AI Consulting. The Adoption and Change Management Consultant is a customer-facing role and is a critical role within the AI Solutions organization to help drive the successful delivery of Workplace AI Consulting projects. The Workplace AI Consulting team delivers on professional services engagements ranging from Proof of Value for AI Solutions to Business Management and Change Management consulting in the areas of AI and Microsoft 365.
What you'll do:
Project Delivery and Execution
- Assess customer’s current state, readiness, and maturity for adoption. Identify gaps, risks, and gather requirements.
- Design, develop, and deliver on user adoption and change management plans, applying change management methodologies and best practices.
- Deliver on professional services consulting engagements, including stakeholder engagement, success criteria definition and monitoring, communications & awareness planning, champions, etc.
- Capture business objectives, define, and monitor progress against success criteria.
- Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards, are completed on time, and stay within budget.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of programs through user feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for their Workplace AI needs.
- Partner with sales and account teams to identify opportunities for service expansion and deliver compelling value propositions.
Practice Development
- Contribute to cross-team efforts to evolve and refine AI Solutions methodologies and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve content, delivery models, and methodologies for Workplace AI Consulting projects.
- Surface insights and industry trends to help our AI Solutions delivery resources expand and evolve our offerings.
- Aid in onboarding of new team members, as well as mentoring and ongoing support for junior team members.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change Management, Education, HR, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in adoption and change management consulting, professional services, or related roles.
- Expertise in AI, especially Microsoft 365 Copilot, or business management/change management including hands-on experience with AI solutions and/or technology-related change management.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, skilled at prioritization of tasks, and ability to manage time against multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel, likely no more than 15% of the time.
