Adolescent Guide (Teacher) for 2025-2026 School Year

The Role: St. John the Baptist Catholic Montessori School is looking for a dedicated, passionate individual to support adolescents (grades 7-8) in their social, academic, and spiritual development through the Montessori method. This role will provide instruction in all core subjects. This includes leading by example, guiding with firmness and kindness, and cultivating a classroom environment of mutual respect. This is a full-time position, primarily Monday-Friday; teachers are expected to be on campus from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. on scheduled school days. Occasional evening and weekend time is necessary.

Who We Are: St. John the Baptist Catholic Montessori School serves children from 16 months-8^th Grade. Our Catholic identity complements the Montessori method, which helps students understand their dignity as children of God, how to make good choices, and the importance of a faithful community. SALARY: $35,000 - $50,000 commensurate with experience
