Job description

The Adobe DevOps Specialist will design, implement, and optimize Adobe CX solutions, including Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign, to deliver personalized customer experiences and real-time offer management. Based in Mississauga, this role requires expertise in Adobe platforms, marketing technologies, and system integrations to support seamless customer journeys.

Responsibilities:

Adobe CX Solutions Implementation:

  • Successfully implement Adobe CX solutions tailored to client requirements, including Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign.
  • Lead development and support activities to align with business objectives and technical requirements.

System Integration and Optimization:

  • Oversee the implementation and integration of Adobe solutions with existing systems, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance.
  • Work with IT and development teams to ensure smooth integration and troubleshoot technical challenges.

Technical Leadership and Support:

  • Provide technical support to project teams, including conducting code reviews.
  • Monitor team progress in implementing Adobe solutions and platforms.

Business Analysis and Collaboration:

  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to guide the technical design and development of systems aligned with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to design and deliver tailored solutions.

Digital Strategy and Performance:

  • Optimize system performance, implement security measures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead workshops to define and prioritize client requirements and capabilities, while suggesting best practices.

Requirements:

Core Expertise:

  • 5+ years of experience in data architecture, integration, API management, and cross-platform activation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign Builder.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate disparate systems.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, XML, Java, WCM, OSGi, REST, GraphQL, Web Analytics, Single Page Applications.
  • Understanding of Digital Experience platform landscape and relevant use cases for digital strategies.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Adobe Campaign Builder.
  • Customer Journey Analytics and Offer Decisioning Engine.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to lead workshops and visually and verbally guide stakeholders through technical concepts.

Skills Summary:

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.23/hour - $72.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
